Built inside a working pharmacy
Aleph Logic began with a simple frustration: keeping SOPs current, getting every member of staff and every locum to read them, and proving it at inspection took far too much time in a busy community pharmacy.
So we built SOP Care for our own pharmacies first, around the GPhC standards, the Responsible Pharmacist regulations and the NHS Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework, and refined it in daily use behind the counter.
Now we’re making it available to pharmacies, care homes and dental practices across the UK.
Why “SOP Care”?
Standard operating procedures only protect people when they are followed, every shift. SOP Care is built around that: SOPs your team reads and signs, checks they complete at the point of work, and evidence that is ready when an inspector asks. It is made by Aleph Logic, our software company.
